The Rowing Foundation is a registered charity. Its purpose is to promote the participants in rowing of young people (those under 18 or still in full time education) and the disable of all ages.
The Foundation gives grants of up to 50% of the overall costs of the project to help organisations and clubs involved in on-water elements of rowing who are affiliated to British Rowing and whose requirements may be too small or who may be otherwise ineligible for an approach to the National Lottery or other similar sources of funds. For more information on how to apply for a Rowing Foundation Grant see the website: http://www.therowingfoundation.org.uk/index.php
In addition, all boats regardless of the original manufacture that are being used exclusively by juniors are eligible to apply for 50% grant support towards refurbishment. Within Wales, SOUTH WEST ROWING SERVICES has been approved to undertake such repairs. If you have any enquiries about obtaining an estimate or for further information about the funding please contact us. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org or Tel; Dan, 07807 550 342.
